Common questions

I'm a complete beginner — is this right for me? +

100%. A huge portion of our clients are complete beginners. We'll meet you exactly where you are, teach you the fundamentals, and build your confidence step by step.

Do you offer female-only sessions? +

Yes. Many of our clients are women, and we have female coaches available for any session. Our private studio means you'll never share the floor with strangers.

Can you work around injuries or health conditions? +

Absolutely. We have specific experience supporting clients with PCOS, hormonal challenges, posture issues, and post-injury rehab. We'll always work in coordination with your healthcare team where needed.

How does online coaching actually work? +

After your free consult, your coach builds a fully personalised program delivered through our app. You log workouts, send form check-ins, and get weekly written reviews and adjustments. Direct chat with your coach is included.

Is there a minimum commitment? +

PT sessions can be booked individually or as packs of 5/10. Online and nutrition coaching are billed monthly with a minimum 3-month commitment to give the work time to actually take effect.
